Description

Caturra is a popular specialty coffee variety in Colombia, known for its balanced and vibrant flavor profile.

Caturra coffee is a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety, and its smaller size allows for higher yields, making it a favorite among farmers.

This variety is celebrated for its versatility and the ability to produce high-quality coffee when grown and processed with care.

We cultivate our coffee in small, carefully managed 1-acre batches. Each acre hosts up to 2,500 trees, spaced 2×2 meters apart. This spacing ensures that the soil can provide optimal nutrients, while air and water flow freely among the trees. Additionally, this arrangement allows sunlight to evenly reach all the plants, promoting healthy growth.
