Geisha, also known as Gesha, is a highly prized specialty coffee variety that originated in Ethiopia but has found a remarkable expression in Colombia.
Geisha coffee from Colombia is celebrated for its exceptional quality and the meticulous care taken in its production. It’s often considered a luxurious treat, perfect for those who appreciate the finer nuances of specialty coffee.
We cultivate our coffee in small, carefully managed 1-acre batches. Each acre hosts up to 2,400 trees, spaced 2×2 meters apart. This spacing ensures that the soil can provide optimal nutrients, while air and water flow freely among the trees. Additionally, this arrangement allows sunlight to evenly reach all the plants, promoting healthy growth.
